Requirements and Application
Requirements
Level 16+
We have this requirement in place so everyone has access to our club uniform.
Have a Discord Account
We use Discord to communicate.
Own a Belgian Warmblood
Applicants may own any color Belgian Warmblood. However, to take the Explorers test, members will need a club horse in the correct color(s).
Have Access to Cape West
Fishing Village
This is where we host important club events.
Must be in Our Open Server
Because we send important information into our Open Server, it is crucial that you are a member of the Open Server.
Be on Your Main Account
All Pirates must be on their main NA account. Those from other regions are encouraged to apply!
Must be Able to Attend
2 Practices/Events a Week
This is the minimum weekly requirement that we set for all members of the club. We typically host 7-11 practices/events a week, so this can easily be achieved.
Be on a PC or computer
We want to include everyone in routines and practices. Sadly, if you are struggling on mobile we will not be able to include you as much as we would hope.
Alright with Moving Servers When Asked
We are an NA based club and move around to avoid lag.
Willing to Get the Club Uniforms Within a Reasonable Time
You must have the dressage uniform in its entirety to be eligible for the Explorers test. Roughly, 2-4 months.
Be Lifetime or Have Reoccuring Star Rider
We travel around Jorvik for practices or events. So, Pirates need Star Rider.
Age Requirement is 14+
This is set in place to make sure everyone who joins our club fulfills the Discord minimum age requirements.
Application Process
STEP 1
The first step in applying to Crystal Pirates is joining our Open Server and getting to know us! We are a highly active and competitive club which may not be suitable for those with busy schedules.
STEP 2
The next step in applying to Crystal Pirates is filling out an application. To confirm if we are accepting new Pirates, join our Open Server!
STEP 3
If your application is accepted by the Application and Interview team, you will be invited into the interview phase! You may think this is scary, but this time is actually fun. We like to get to know each applicant, and interviews typically turn into a 30-minute yap session between the interviewee and The Crew. Questions are encouraged during this time!
STEP 4
After The Crew has had time to discuss your interview, you will either be accepted as a Baby Pirate or need to reapply in the future.
