Level 16+
We have this in place so everyone
can have access to our uniform.
Have a Discord Account
We use Discord to communicate.
Own a Belgin Warmblood
Applicants can have any color but to rank up from our beginner rank, you must have one of the required coats.
Have Access to Cape West
Fishing Village
This is where we host important club events.
Must be in Our Open Server
When we announce acceptances, we will be pinging all who accept and join the club in the OS.
Be on Your Main Account
We want everyone to be on their main account and prioritize Crystal Pirates.
Must be Able to Attend
2 Dressage Outings a Week
This is the requirement that we set for all members of the club. We typically host three or more outings a week, so this can easily be achieved.
Be on a PC or computer
We want to include everyone in routines and practices, if you are struggling on mobile we will not be able to include you as much as other riders.
Alright with Moving Servers When Asked
We are an NA based club and move around to avoid lag.
Be Lifetime or Have Reoccuring Star Rider
We want to include everyone and we do this by making sure everyone is Star Rider.
Willing to Get the Club Uniforms Within a Reasonable Time
To rank up from our second/intermediate rank, Cadets, you must have our dressage uniform in its entirety.
Age Requirement is 14+
This is set in place to make sure everyone who joins our club is of decent age and fulfills the Discord age requirements.
NEED TO NOTE
You can be part of a team while in Crystal Pirates, however, if you plan to be competitive with us, you may not compete with both us and the team at once. Our competitive practices usually start around 8:00-9:00pm EST. We do, however, give the 6pm-10pm time block to our staff to pick from. If you will not be able to make these later times do not apply.
In Crystal Pirates, we get a basis of your personality and how you act during your trial. Because of this, we can fail you at any point during your assessment.
JOINING PROCESS
Phase 1
APPLY
Fill out an application to let us know you are interested in us.
Phase 2
INTERVIEW
After filing out an application,
you will be asked
to interview.
Interviews are easy get-to-know you questions. This is the perfect time to also ask us about the club!
For interviews you do have to unmute. If needed, it can be a 1 on 1 interview.
Phase 3
TRIAL
After Phase 1 and 2, you will be accepted into the club as a trial. This is where you can get a feel for us and we will do the same for you. Trial periods usually last two weeks at minimum but can go for one month.

We do not send feedback to those who don't make it into interviews. If you would like feedback on your application, please message @emilynightvalley on Discord before the application period ends.
Phase 4
ACCEPTANCE
OR DENIAL
After being on trial, if you pass, you will be allowed to stay in the club. If we see you as unfit, you will be removed.
